Veqa is a product of Machplace LLC. This page is a placeholder while our formal terms of service are finalized.

Service description

Veqa is a subscription-based Voice AI service deployed either at the customer's facility (Veqa Edge) or in a Machplace-operated U.S. facility (Veqa Cloud). Machplace retains ownership of all hardware throughout the subscription lifecycle.

Subscription model

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the tier price published on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Hardware refresh, security patching, and ongoing maintenance are included in the subscription.

Acceptable use

Veqa may not be used to facilitate illegal activity, impersonate individuals without consent, or violate applicable consumer-protection and telephony regulations (TCPA, etc.). Customers are responsible for obtaining required consents from end-callers.
