Website and Early-Access Terms

The website describes the direction and currently tested capabilities of Veqa. It is an invitation to discuss a possible evaluation, not an offer with fixed price, capacity, availability, language coverage, deployment, support, or data terms. Features may change as implementation and acceptance work continues.

Portal access requires an authorized account. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate team access. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or an evaluation.

Any pilot or evaluation must have a written scope identifying authorized users and data, the proposed call flow, integrations, environment, data handling, acceptance tests, support contacts, and end-of-evaluation treatment. Pricing, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, warranties, service targets, and production rights exist only when stated in a signed agreement.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your call flow, prompts, knowledge, integrations, and data. You must provide caller notices and obtain consents required for recording, transcription, automated interactions, sensitive data, or speaker comparison. Early-access testing must use synthetic data or calls and information that all required parties have authorized for that purpose.

Speaker comparison is a separately reviewed optional service, not a standard portal or call feature. It may be enabled only under written tenant-specific scope with applicable notice or consent, restricted access, audit, and a defined retention and deletion lifecycle. Its output supports monitoring and human review and must never be the sole basis for an automatic denial.

You agree not to use the website, portal, or Veqa to:

• facilitate unlawful activity or violate another person's rights;
• impersonate a person or organization without authorization;
• place unlawful, deceptive, or non-consented calls;
• submit data you are not authorized to use for the agreed purpose;
• probe, bypass, or disrupt access or tenant boundaries; or
• interfere with the reliability of the service or other users.

Current data practices are described in the Privacy Notice. Recordings and transcripts may be retained in internal QA or when configured for an authorized evaluation. The accepted project scope or customer agreement must define controller and processor roles, access, location, retention, deletion, redaction, backup, and incident obligations before commercial activation.

Veqa software, designs, documentation, and branding remain the property of Machplace and its licensors. You retain rights in content and data you are authorized to provide. If you provide feedback, you permit Machplace to use it to improve the product without identifying your confidential information.

Early-access functionality may be changed, limited, paused, or withdrawn. We may perform maintenance and may restrict access to protect the environment. Only a signed agreement can establish a production release, support window, service target, or change-control obligation.

Conversational systems can misunderstand speech or produce an inaccurate or unexpected response. Early-access Veqa must not replace required human judgment or emergency, safety, legal, medical, credit, eligibility, or other high-impact decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the website, portal, and any no-fee evaluation are provided “as is” and “as available” unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machplace is not liable under these interim website terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Any different liability allocation in a signed customer agreement controls the commercial relationship.

These interim terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A signed customer agreement may specify different dispute terms.

We may update these terms as Veqa evolves. We will revise the date above and provide any additional notice required by law or an applicable signed agreement.
