Our Mission
Veqa exists to make business phone automation more natural without hiding the operating details that matter. A useful voice service should be conversational, but it should also have explicit workflows, reviewed integrations, observable behavior, and a documented data lifecycle.
Machplace LLC
Veqa is a product of Machplace LLC, a Florida-based product company building operational software for privacy- and security-conscious organizations. Machplace also develops Vigilium — cybersecurity monitoring for small and midsize businesses.
Our Founder
Gustavo L. Machado brings more than two decades of IT infrastructure, networking, database administration, software engineering, and business-phone experience to Machplace.
Our Technology
Veqa coordinates speech recognition, language and retrieval, speech synthesis, telephony integration, and deterministic application actions. The public product description stays at the capability level because shipped components and capacity may change as each release is tested.
Early-access product
Veqa is currently onboarding bounded early-access workflows. Each engagement defines the call path, data handling, integrations, acceptance tests, operating responsibilities, and rollback plan before customer traffic is enabled.
