Data we process

When Veqa is operating a customer's call flow, voice audio and transcripts are processed only in volatile memory during the call. No voice audio or transcript content is persisted to disk by default. Aggregate operational metrics (call counts, durations, error rates) may be retained for service reliability and SLA reporting.

Where data lives

Veqa Edge deployments process all voice data on hardware located at the customer's facility. Veqa Cloud deployments process voice data on dedicated NVIDIA hardware in a Machplace-operated U.S. facility (St. Petersburg, FL). Voice data is never transmitted to third-party AI vendors.
